FreePackageTrackerPlus Sweepstakes

  1. Overview: The FreePackageTrackerPlus sweepstakes (the "Game") shall be a weekly sweepstakes beginning on Monday, July 27, 2020 at 12:00 a.m. and ending on Sunday, August 30, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (the "Game Period(s)"). Void where prohibited. By participating in the Game, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of FreePackageTrackerPlus, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

  2. Eligibility: To participate in the Game, you must: (a) be a natural person, at least 18 years old; (b) be a United States citizen or resident alien with a United States physical address; (c) be physically located within the United States; and (d) be physically located in a state which participation in the Game is unrestricted by law. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes in the Game: any person who was or is: (a) a director, officer, employee, agent, or independent contractor of FreePackageTrackerPlus, or its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates or service agencies; or any entities retained by FreePackageTrackerPlus for the administration of the Game; (b) an individual engaged in the development, production or distribution of Game materials or the prize supply for the Game; and (c) an immediate family member (defined as spouse, IRS dependent, or biological, adoptive or step- mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, and each of their respective spouses) of, or who resides in the same household as, any person in any of the preceding categories.

  3. How to participate/win: Anyone who views a FreePackageTrackerPlus ad containing details of the Game and downloads the FreePackageTrackerPlus extension (the “Extension”) during each Game Period will automatically be entered into the weekly sweepstakes. The winners will be decided by random selection.

  4. Odds: One winner will be selected during each Game Period. Odds of winning are based upon the total number of eligible users who download the Extension during each Game Period and eligible users who enter with an alternate method of entry (see Rule 6).

  5. Prizes: $100 (USD) Amazon gift card to each winner during the Game Period (“Prize”). FreePackageTrackerPlus shall send a notification via a lightbox to the winners within five (5) days of the end date of each Game Period. Once notified by FreePackageTrackerPlus, the winner shall claim the Prize within seven (7) days. Failure to claim any Prize within the timeframe will result in forfeiture of the Prize.

  6. Alternate Method of Entry: You do not need to view a FreePackageTrackerPlus ad and download the Extension to enter the Game. You can request entry without viewing a FreePackageTrackerPlus ad and downloading the Extension by sending an e-mail to and identifying yourself as a participant in the Game. Requests that fail to comply with these Official Rules will NOT be honored, and such user will not be entered into the Game. Once FreePackageTrackerPlus receives your e-mail request, you are automatically entered into the Game during the Game Period. If you win the Game(s), FreePackageTrackerPlus will e-mail the Prize to the e-mail address provided in the request. We will retain these e-mails as long as is necessary to implement the Game and for record-keeping purposes.

  7. Other Rules: You are allowed to win a maximum of five (5) times during any calendar year. The transfer of status as a winner by an ineligible person to an eligible person is strictly prohibited. No Prize substitutions or cash redemptions of any Prize or any portion thereof. FreePackageTrackerPlus reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any prize or portion thereof of equal or greater value if any Prize or portion thereof is unavailable for any reason. Details of Prizes or portions thereof not specified herein, if any, will be determined at the sole discretion of FreePackageTrackerPlus.

  8. Taxes: You can only win prizes up to an aggregate value of $500 (USD) during any calendar year. FreePackageTrackerPlus’s systems may fail to restrict you to the above limitations due to circumstances out of its control, such as, but not limited to, when individuals file a joint tax return. In such an instance where you have won Prizes with an aggregate value of $600 (USD) or more during any calendar year, the United States Internal Revenue Service ("IRS") regulations currently require FreePackageTrackerPlus to send a Form 1099 to you. Accordingly, and in order to fulfill our legal requirements, if you receive Prizes in that amount during any calendar year, it is your responsibility to disclose that to FreePackageTrackerPlus by providing a completed and signed IRS Form W-9, (which can be found here) and to report such Prizes as income on your tax return regardless if you receive an IRS Form 1099. Although FreePackageTrackerPlus will use commercially reasonable efforts to comply with and implement the IRS requirements accurately, promptly and fairly, you agree that neither FreePackageTrackerPlus nor its related companies will be liable to you or any third party for any liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind and under any theory of law, equity, contract, tort or otherwise which you or such third party may incur as a result of any acts, errors or omissions of FreePackageTrackerPlus or its related companies in their efforts to implement and comply with the IRS requirements. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you remain solely responsible for paying all federal and other taxes in accordance with the laws that apply in your state, province, and/or country of residence, and that you will indemnify and hold harmless FreePackageTrackerPlus and its related companies from any and all liabilities, costs, expenses or damages incurred by any one or more of them as a result of (a) your failure to timely pay applicable taxes, or (b) inaccuracies or omissions in any W-9 or other IRS form which you submit to FreePackageTrackerPlus.
